Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested if:

• The watch arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The watch has a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The watch must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and protective materials.
• Photos or videos may be required to verify the issue.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
• Approved refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred on our side.

Exchange Policy

Eligible watches may be exchanged based on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Watches showing signs of use or physical damage caused after delivery.
• Watches with removed protective films, altered straps, or missing accessories.
• Products returned without original packaging.
